She can lay the foundation starting with essentially no training programs and a brand new sales force to build effective, engaging learning programs using various modalities (e-learning, hands-on lab/exercises, in-person, and distance learning). Her passion is educating medical professionals by making complex material digestible, resulting in meeting company strategic objectives while ensuring patient safety.
